Is there a free trial?
Yes! Both the Shopify Growth plan and Centrr Verified Seller plan come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your merchant dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Are there any per-shipment fees?
No hidden per-shipment fees on our subscription plans. Courier charges are passed through at cost — we don't add a markup.
How does COD remittance work?
Cash collected by couriers on delivery flows into our escrow. We settle to your bank account weekly (or next-day on Power Seller plans), with full transparency in your dashboard.
Do I need both Shopify and Centrr plans?
They are independent products. You can use just the Shopify App, just Centrr Marketplace, or both — completely separate subscriptions.
